1935 truck window insall
cant seem to figure out the install process for these windows im helping my chubby little buddy with his and weve been working on cars for combined 60 plus years but these are taking their toll on our patience regulators our original ford from new they are in very good shape ordered new window channels for the sides and also for the glass cant seam to get the center pin on the window channel to line up and go in the reg. grove have over 20 hours trying different ways of loading the glass with no luck also the new channels for the bottum of the glass are not the best repos were on our third set any suggestion

Is your winder mechanism for smokers windows? I'm not sure but your channels may have to match that type. I didn't set my windows in the channels till it was assembled and I could check final position. For the life of me I can't remember exactly how it goes, I just remember it being a PITA sliding the window down then trying to make it sit in the roller etc. I'm sure someone has asked about this before if you do a search you my find it.

Joe, Here's a drawing of the passenger side door glass along with the lower window channel. See if your components are oriented like the image shows.
