Having trouble getting screws out to disasemble windshield frame on 32 5-window. Have soaked off and on for months with kroil and blaster. Have tapped, hammered and even used a small hand held impact to no avail
Any other suggestions |

Sometimes I find that if you try tightening them to get It to move they will break loose. Then loosen it, worth a try if you haven't already

You might try soaking the frame in a molasses bath. (1 part molasses and 8 parts water). This solution is used to remove rust and I have used it very successfully. Usually, all bolts are easily removed after soaking for 2 weeks. Frame will be rust free also! Pressure wash to remove the molasses residue, and use some After Blast from Eastwood to keep the cleaned metal from flash rusting. GOOD LUCK!

Heat the screw with a small torch to expand it, once cool it should come loose.

I second the molasses! I have been able to free up many parts with this method.
Make sure you use feed grade, I bought a jug of molasses that is used to lure deer. Keep V-8ing and 4-banging!
