Talking Exhaust Manifold

Thank You. I was able to completely eliminate any exhaust leak by first thoroughly reading through the Ford Barn from people with similar challenges. Mine was very common - leak on #4 cylinder to the exhaust manifold. I bought good quality parts and took my time. Here is what I did:

1. Unbolted carb from manifolds
2. Removed exhaust and intake manifolds
3. Cleaned (de-greased, wire brushed, and sanded) both.
4. Cleaned away old gasket and area on block
5. Painted exhaust with high temp paint and intake with engine green
6. Installed with new parts including gland rings and 2 piece copper gasket
7. re-attached muffler with new clamp and clamp seal.
8. Shot short video to share with the Barn.

Enjoy - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOLYx5ZZPZ0

A little about the car: Early 1928 Tudor sedan (brake on left of left leg). There is a 32 BB in the background too

no - just an iPhone. I would like something that does a little better. Maybe gopro or those new polaroid cubes - can't beat 99.00
