Yeah, the front wheel location is quite fubared. They needed to stretch the frame a bit.
Also, I'm surely not a big fan of an early Jeep Wagoneer chassis and drive-train . . . there would have been quite a few other choices in my mind. BUT, when this thing was built - that was probably a good option. |

Yes, the front axle needs to move about 2" forward to center in wheel opening. . A lot involved in that move, particularly since it's 4wd. Whoever did this work had good skills and an engineering type of brain, so there was probably a pretty good reason the axle and fender have some missalignment. Looks like somebody liked it enough to pay 49,000.00 to buy it.
