Default 460 in a 58 Country Sedan?

Up till this morning, my plan was to replace the dead 223 with a 351/C4 setup. As I said...till this morning. My Son-in-Law had a really nice 76 T-Bird... till yesterday morning. Seems a trash truck going about 40 mph used the Birds back bumper for primary braking at a stop light. Had it been any other car, I'm sure he wouldn't have walked away from it. But I digress...
This morning he offered me the 460/C6 out of the Bird for my 58 CS project. This engine was a crate motor about 15 years and 5,000 miles ago so its almost "like new". I had a 60 Bird years ago with the Lincoln 430 in it so I'm pretty sure the engine will fit, but what about that tranny? Also, any idea on motor mounts? I know I can get a universal rear cross memeber if I need to but then again any one ever been down this road?

BIll
