If we have to go beyond regular machining there might be a small fee for extra work. It will depend on demand for such. If there are many dozens of people wanting 4" I can always change/add a tool for that bore. I already have 2 boring heads for my Clevelands that cut just under 4". Worse case is that the finish machinist here (Kevin Prus Jr.) or your guy has to do it.
