31 roadster hood help

Hello guys , need a couple questions answered on the hood installation: 1st of all the hood is off the car and I am in the process of installing it , I bought the welt and looking at it I don't see how the bottom is fastened, I am assuming there are 3 screws along the top one in the middle and 1 on each side , the bottom just has 3 slots and I don't know what to do here.??2nd the hood will have to be sand blasted [ which I have] so is it a big deal to disassemble the hood?? blast it refinish it then reassemble it or should I leave it all together? any help is appreciated thanks THE HOOCH
