Default Muffler dent

I have a good exhaust/muffler/tailpipe, but it has a small to moderate dent in it. I would like to know if there is some heat resistant filler of some type I could use to fill the dent to make it look better before I paint the exhaust system with heat resistant paint. I don't know how hot the muffler gets, but I think it gets pretty hot. Any leads would be appreciated.
