Can someone ID this early wiper motor & I need a arm

This wiper motor fits my model A coupe windshield holes but it needs spaced out about 3/8". I don't know what it is off of and I also need a arm and blade. the shaft is tapered, splined and has a 10/32 threads. On the bottom is E A Laboratories Inc. Brooklin NY. One other question, it is 6V do I need a reducer on the motor to run 12v, thanks.
