Default Re: 1940 Deluxe Coupe trim plates

uncle buck; I was told in my Lebaron-Bonney instructions in 1982 below that those are called windshield "Reveal Panels" that fit on the interior of the right and left interior A-pillars. THEY ARE VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND so keep them safe. When I installed mine, I had to gently bend them just a little bit to make them fit perfect. The last photo of LB Instructions mentions these panels that they label as number 3.

I saved the LB instructions for installing 1940 Ford coupe interior and can email them to you, if desired. $550 for the entire kit. As a side note, the OEM interior garnish molding screws are slotted cadmium plated screws, not Phillips.
