Default Engine paint color match! 6 cylinder G-Series

After exhaustively searching the internet for the original paint color on the early G-Series 6-Cylinder engines, I took some paint thinner and wiped away what I can only assume was a topcoat of rattlecan regular Ford Engine Green paint, to reveal the remnants original paint!

I had it color matched in PPG Deltron and figured I would share the information in the hope that it helps someone else with a G-Series 6 Cylinder who is striving for an original look.

In real life, the paint is a super close match, even better than it shows up in the photo because of lighting. I will follow up with the formula
