Default New tie rod bushings too big to fit

I ordered a tie rod bolt/bushing replacement kit from Snyders, but when I went to install the bushings, they physically won't fit in the tie rod. Before I call Snyders, I though I would check with you guys to see if this is common problem. The OD of the new bushing in .68XX and the ID of the tie rod hole is .65XX I tried to press it in, but no go. I don't want to bore out the tie rod because it's been this way for ever, and I don't want to ruin it. The old bushings fell right out with no pressing.
