Default 1932 Ford kingpin help

I am using 32 ford spindles on a dropped 32 heavy axle. What takes up the gap between inside of spindle and the axle? Is it just stacked shims? I checked into torrington bearings and they dont come in an ideal size to fit the kingpin diameter. Closest is 7/8” inside diameter which might work but is sloppy. Anyone have a solution.
