Turn signal identification question

Does anyone know the manufacturer of this turn signal kit on my car? I don't see a manufacturer name not any kit similar in the parts distributors. I need to replace this turn signal wiring harness but I like the sleek look of the turn signal arm and how the wires tuck up under the dash rail instead of running down the steering column. If anyone has any suggestions on a new harness that will work the same, I'd appreciate it.
