V00DY Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2017 Posts: 4	53 Monarch. Engine miss smooths out on acceleration My 53 Monarch is a daily driver. Lately it has begun to miss at any cruising speed. However, when I accelerate, even slightly, the miss goes away. As soon as I feather the throttle the miss comes back. That suggests to me that it has something to do with the vacuum advance, but I don't know what or how.
