Default Head torquing

The motor in my car was rebuilt in the 70's and only has 1900 miles on it. The oil in it looks good and I will probably continue using Valvoline. I have since 1964. I am going to try synthetic since I have been using in my other cars for 10 years. Today's oils are all good as far as I have read.
