The hib caps are interesting. The indented area is painted. What color?

Not sure, but probably black. They are impossible to find. When I had mine, and it was only 25 years old at the time, they were not to be found. It looks like the '35 hubcaps should fit, but they don't.

These Ambulance/Hearses, some firetrucks and others were special "DeLuxe" AAs. They had these 20" wire wheels and hubcaps (different from the 28 wire wheels), stainless grille shell and some chrome trim plus maybe some other stuff. Henry brought these out in late 31 along with some fancy cars to try to spur falling sales before the changeover

One of our local funeral homes has a '29 woody (the father of the current owners sold his 30/31 hearse a few years before he died) and I have already set up my "last ride" in the A (woody).
