I removed all my fenders from my 1935 Ford Convertible Sedan months ago for some body work. Now I’m putting things back together and run into a problem. I took before pictures but I did not get a good one of the underside of my rear fenders. I have these brackets that should fit in the rear but none of the holes line up. I sure could use a picture or advice. I wonder if I used the rear fender brackets on the front fender (if that is even possible).
This is what the brackets look like.

Perhaps on the back of the rear fender where it connects to the body?? Or maybe bottom of grille to body?

They go from the body across to the tail light under the fender. Its a support and conceals the tail light wires.I could only find these illustrations from an old Drake catalog
