Default dumb '31 question.

Does the body have to come off to remove running board splash aprons?

NO not at all....All you have to do is remove the front, the A pillar and rear body bolts. stick a 2x4 or such under it and you can remove the RBoards...Good luck..

Thanks guys. Bolts are at cowl, A-pillar, and rear, then? I suppose I'll need to take loose the steering column drop, too. What else needs to be unhooked/disconnected?Car is Late '31 coupe.

And don't leave the head nut loose or you may have coolant in the oil.

Just wanted to says thanks to racer32 for bringing the topic up, and also to those who responded.

I had the exact same question, just remiss in asking.

I would gather anything from the firewall to the engine would need to be disconnected, Correct?
