I would give my eye teeth for that 54 Vicky! I've not seen a 48-50 COE quite like that before, a down under product I asume. Tim

That is a pretty cool truck, wonder what it is. Note how crooked the front wheel is.
Bent, broke or other side in a hole?

I don't think that is down under. Ford of Australia only offered four door sedans and utes in 1954.

^^^^^yup, any two doors would have been bought out individually. Very uncommon back in the day.

The door on that coe sure looks like 48 thru 52 ford doors and the windshield looks like it is of the same ilk. I may be wrong, I'm getting old. Tim

In looking at the 54 International door it has a double crease at the beltline while the truck pictured has the single crease like the 48-50 Ford plus the shape of the door and cab is clearly Ford, Also Ford used its own trucks for hauling their cars

They claimed they couldn't get a Ford in time, They'd rather have a Paclard than a Cadillac

I asked the Question, did Ford deliver ALL it's NEW Cars to the Dealers?
Below is the reply :

Ford (FOMOCO) doesn't exclusively deliver all its new cars to dealers; they utilize a combination of railcars, trucks, and potentially third-party logistics companies for transportation.
