I have been unsuccessful finding exterior and interior dimensions for a 1932 Ford Coupe (3 or 5 window). I can find frame dimensions and Model A body dimensions, but no luck for the Deuce body. Does anyone have an idea where I might find these dimensions? Thanks!

Sheldon,
I thought of those as well. They are from the Salesman's Manual, but limited to a side view and mostly pertain to the seat and its location within the body. I know of no source for this open-ended question other than taking measurements from actual bodies. Likely the best bet for olddragracer short of measuring actual bodies would be copies of the SK drawings from the Benson Ford Research Center at the Henry Ford in Dearborn.
