Default Photo of brake line hookup on a 1950 Custom...

Howdy!
Would anyone have a photo of how the brake lines and pressure switch hook up to the master cylinder banjo on a 1950 Ford Custom.
I received a set of brake lines from Inline and I am having problems with how they are run.
Thanks.

Here is a pic of that spot on my '51 Tudor. FWIW all the hard lines are from Inline Tube. Hope this helps.

My recollection is fuzzy, because I got rid of my ‘51 several years ago, but I think my brake light switch screwed into the head of the bolt that’s retaining the brass fitting. So the head of the bolt was drilled and tapped, and narrowed down to a smaller diameter where it passes thru the fitting. Just the two brake lines screwed into the brass fitting.

It was years ago that installed a new master cylinder, so my recollection could be off.

That's perfect, thanks for the picture. It went together with a little torqing, swisting and cussing, but I got her done. I have one brake line left in the box. I think they threw that in to confuse me, or it goes with another configuration. Thanks again.

Wally, be sure to apply brake fluid to the threads BEFORE you screw in the line to the fitting.
