Default 53 Ranchwagon

Going through the wiring on the Ranchwagon. Under the dash there is one of the bakelite junction blocks. I believe it is for the turn signals. It has the mounting holes, but it is just hanging with the harness. Should it be bolted down somewhere under the dash, or is it correct as is? Thanks

Have never seen any under dash junction blocks bolted to anything (just hang)
Under hood block bolted to inner fender.

I think it hangs from a hook under the dash. That's how my merc's was.
