The c4 trans have 2 bellhousing large and small both 6 bolts.
Count the teeth on torque convetor and order cerrect one. They work very good little grinding to clear oil pan and starter. A stock torque convertor will work best. A locar shifter works good. |

I have done several in the customer chassis I build with no negative feedback except the grinding as stated above.

I think that kit will allow you to use the AOD trans, which has an Overdrive. This way you have much better acceleration, and economy as well.

I have a Flat-O kit behind a Yblock and it has worked out very well. Been on about 5 years. Directions are good, pieces look well made.
I know a couple of other who put a Flat-O kit behind a Yblock and so far all is well.
