Default 39 V8 rebuild bubbling at head bolts

Just finshed installing the rebuilt engine and transmission. Fired right up and runs with solid power and shifts great. Now the issue, coolant is lightly bubbling up thru the head bolt nuts. Liquid is not running down the head, just bubbling. There is no cross contamination to the oil side.
