Default 39 tie rod, drag link ends

I have a mostly original 39 deluxe sedan. I am doing a kingpin replacement and wanted to address the tie rod/drag link ends at the same time. I read in the 38-39 Ford book that originals were stamped with the Ford script and USA; mine are not original.
A couple of questions: 1) were the originals rebuildable?; 2) are reproductions of the originals available?; 3) if original reproductions are not available, are there replacements that look original (or close)?

The originals were not re-buildable.
The authentic Ford tie rod ends are fairly easy to find. Concourse correct ends have never been reproduced.
The correct drag link is very tough to find. It had one end integral of the "bar". the other end was female threaded to accept a tie rod end. NO adjusting sleeve on a correct drag link.
On the concourse, tie rod ends with the Ford script are acceptable. Also acceptable are ends with NO identification.

Kube,
When you say no identification, do you mean any aftermarket end?

No, that's not what I meant. Ford had at least three suppliers of tie rod ends in 1940. Not all were created equal
From my experience, even though some did not have the script, they all had the same shape.
I have seen NORS ends that are very much different in shape than OEM ends.
