Any suggestions on maintaining aluminum heads and intake on a flathead.
I'd like to be able to keep them looking fresh like this great example, but also drive the car. ![]() I'd like to hear some tried and true methods, if there are any. Thanks, Neal |

Gliptone has some good een stuff that works wonders. Cold intake and heads, spray it on, let it sit, hose it off. Www.gliptone.com

Neal, those heads and intake look coated/painted to me. Still, they're really clean. Keeping them "clean" will be easier than maintaining the oxidization of aluminum I'd assume.

Contact Cap's Coatings in Fresno. They have some great coatings on parts that are easy to keep clean.
