Default What would a good price be ?

Out here in the country I pass by a home that has a 28-29 Ford for sale. It's pretty much chassis, fenders, cowl ( looks like roadster windshield posts ) and all forward. Seating area and bed are all made of plywood ( pretty crude ). A little plywood pick up. It runs, at least it did this last summer cause I saw it in town toodling around. The entire body and fenders are sprayed white. It still has it's 21" wheels and tires look decent. It's been knocked about but It would still be a good project. Last time I looked he had $ 3,500 on it. That's a bit too much. I've been watching it set out in the weather for a couple of months and I'm not sure how long it's been out in his yard. I'm thinking on giving it a few more weeks and then maybe offering $1,500 cash and see what happens. What are your thoughts on price ? James.
