Default Coolant in oil, crack/head gasket?

I was about to go for a drive and checked oil and water, oil read just barely high on the stick but didn't really look right, I'm not sure you would call it milky, but I guess on its way there. Looking around the engine I see coolant where I took pictures.

Does it look like there is coolant where it shouldn't be? Or is it just normal from the pump?

I'm guessing the best course of action right now is check if there's water coming from the drain plug on the pan, and then check the head gasket?

Thanks
