Is this worth $5500.?

I found this nearby .Its a 1930 Ford pickup. The owner sold the cab and the bed is homemade of wood.
It runs,drives,has many new parts but is missing aprons,windshield,w/shield posts.I can buy it for $5500.
Please give me your opinion--Deal or No Deal. Thanx, Oldfart
