Default Tool & gauge I.D. please...

Last fall I picked some Old Ford parts and had these in some of the boxes, not sure the application or use.

The first pictured oil gauge is a Rex-A-Co. out of Racine Wisconsin, I know they make great Kringle in Racine but would like to know more about this item.

The last two pictures are an Allen cell tester out of Kalamazoo Mich., any info would be great.
