Our cabriolet has had hurt and welded door hinges , welded repair while on the car , not pretty. Question can 32 roadster hinges be used as a replacement? I see the door hinge appears riveted to the door ,while the A pillar hinge is screwed on .

Probably the 5W coupe ones made by UP.Door thickness thicker than roadster.

Given the much higher location of the upper hinge on a standard/sport coupe door, that hinge is likely too long compared to the upper hinges on cabriolets and roadsters. Brookville roadster hinges might be the best bet.

1932 Roadster are definitely shorter up and down.
1932 5window/Sedan appear to be the same hinge though I would suspect the mounting holes for the upper hinge (at least) are different, as it is reversed and in a different location. If you prefer a USA part to United Pacific's Taiwan set, we do make them in investment cast steel, not drilled for mounting, and of course a higher price than UP. |

According to speedway motors the UP 5W hinges are 3 1/8 long . The cab hinges are 4” . would the Wescott or UP ones be easy enough to modify ? ok Wescotts say 4 1/8” and 3 3/8 undrilled .looking more hopefull. While the bottom cabriolet hinge is 4 1/8” the top one measure 3 7/16”
