Yes, they are still open. Mike is extremely busy....not to dismiss your efforts or number of attempts by any means.......He is on here "fairly" regular.....I'm sure he will see this and be in contact with you shortly. Hang in there my friend.

I'm sure he is slammed with holiday orders. If possible, phone is best. Whenever I've called, either Michael or his wife have picked up the phone quickly.

I consider Mike a personal friend and I do not even dare call him unless necessary.
He and Jane run the business and are extremely busy there while raising their little girl.
If you do get ahold of them you will find immediate knowledgeable help. You mat need to do a 3am wakeup for that but it will be worth it.

My wife placed an order earlier this month with 3rd Gen. Shipped out and arrived at our house pretty quickly for December.

A text message is often better than a phone call or email. As others have noted, Michael is non-stop super busy, so please be patient. The wait will be worth it.

When you access the 3rd Gen web site, a pop up informs you that they are indeed on break until December 28th.

I order off there website quite often and get my products very fast, one of the best early ford parts options in my opinion.

I am sorry for your issues. You have a VERY valid complaint. We have had employee issues as of recent and I have been working myself ragged. We decided to close down on Tuesday for a week, as I needed a mental reset and family time.
We have had issues with some emails not going through to us especially if there is a attachment.

Please email me directly at my personal email [email protected], and I will answer your questions. Or call 844-327-5988 when we reopen.

Our resolution next year is to get the business caught up and be more promt whatever it takes.

No problem getting in touch with them here, I spoke to them yesterday but, over the holiday, most suppliers were running on minimal staff.

Cheers!

Speaking of gentlemen, his preference is Michael, not "Mike", but he is too much the gentleman to call you on it.
