Are we talking pickup on the car chassis, or AA truck? By sill, do you mean the wooden bearer that sits on the frame and supports the bed? I can give you that from my RPU.

It is CC Pick-up on the original frame. Yes, demensions of the wooden "bearer" aka, "sill" is what I am looking for. Had a good reply with a hand made diagram that helps but not all of the numbers are legible.

My apologies: I thought I had a couple of these rails but do not. When I rebuilt my bed I bought replacements for most of the parts that were rusted out from Mike's Afordable, including wood mounting blocks. My car is an E28 and doesn't use this sill plate, but I thought it had come with the bundle. Mike still sells it
https://www.mikes-afordable.com/product/A970AB.html I can give you the locations for the bolt holes by taking the measurement from my bed siderail. Do you have Mack Hils book? Essential reading if you're doing a PU. It has 2 good pics of the rail, but no dimensions. |

Thank you. I have the bed and frame so I can figure out the location of the holes needed. I picked up a slab of Ash today at Colonial Hardwoods. It is the overall demensions of the sill that had me head scratching. Drawing provided by another fella has them at 38-1/2 " L; 3-5/8" W; and 1-3/4" H.
