How was the top bolt for the rear mounted spare
Hi guys: I'm working on my 28 Sport Coupe with a rumble seat. How was the top bolt put into the spare wheel brkt. Was there a hole through the inner rumble seat panel? It looks impossible to put the bolt in from underneath.
