'33-'34 Firewall body number plates info needed

The replacement "Body Number" Plate for the 1933-34 models, has the letters - LB- made in the center of the plate(tag)...Could someone please tell me what gets stamped to the left side of the "LB" , and to the right of the "LB" ???? The body style is 40-700 .....Thank You.....
