It is an excellent device, designed to display the beautiful granite kitchen countertop you installed for your wife.

Otherwise, it may be an upholstery staple puller. Just a guess.

Bob I think u got ,I had not a clue what it was.To set pitch on saw blades , didn't know that there was tool for that? There is like a hundred for sale on eBay.Its now a wall hanger.Thanks for inputs

Ha , I was just using that same tool to set the teeth on and old blade . Many adjustments .
It's a valuable tool still working .

I will but it'll be tomorrow now . It looks like mine has another adjuster on it . I'll get the blade out and set a few teeth . Speaking of teeth , I chipped my front tooth today trying to open an old can of gasket shellac . Dumb . Pliers were in my pocket .

I can also set the teeth on 2 man crosscut saws . I use mine on bandsaw blades and hand saws , bow saws etc . The pics I sent still have the wood dust on it , if you see the white/yellow specs .
