I see...eliminate all other possibilities and you're left with the solution! I'll play.

It's not a nut cracker :D

It is an excellent device, designed to display the beautiful granite kitchen countertop you installed for your wife.

Otherwise, it may be an upholstery staple puller. Just a guess.

WOW! This is the perfect example about how important one lousy QUESTION MARK can be, because without the correct punctuation, I (like a couple of others) saw:

IT IS NOT a tool to set the teeth on a hand saw .

Re: Any recognized this tool

I will but it'll be tomorrow now . It looks like mine has another adjuster on it . I'll get the blade out and set a few teeth . Speaking of teeth , I chipped my front tooth today trying to open an old can of gasket shellac . Dumb . Pliers were in my pocket .

Ggmac 01-22-2017 03:16 PM

Re: Any recognized this tool

I can also set the teeth on 2 man crosscut saws . I use mine on bandsaw blades and hand saws , bow saws etc . The pics I sent still have the wood dust on it , if you see the white/yellow specs .
