Default 78 case ID

I believe the case on the right is the heavy duty 78 case used in the pick up truck. It has a thicker bottom as can be seen where the reveal is just below the oil drain plug. The one on the left doesn't have that reveal but it does have an extension of the raised strip past the oil drain plug all the way to the rear of the transmission. The one on the right this raised strip stops at the oil drain plug.

Am I right??? Thank you. They are both marked 78's. I have another one that looks just like the one on the right but it doesn't have any screw holes tapped in it for the inspection plate/vent on the top of the bellhousing??? NOS???
