I have removed both water pumps.

I have ordered rebuild kits from Macs.

How do I take them apart ?

Scott, are those directions in one of your catalogs or would they normally come with MAC's rebuild kit?

Be very careful removing pulley's , they break very easily . You must (as instructions say) support pump in the pulley sheave . It is also a good idea to be sure the surface that the plastic impeller rubs on is perfectly smooth & lubed.

I don't think they are in the new catalog. It should come with some in the box, but i know a lot of times they fall out or the manufacture forgets to put them in.

Excellent! Thank you so much. I have two rebuild kits on the way from Macs. Hope to get them apart, cleaned and rebuilt this weekend.

don't be surprised if they leak a little at first, not much of a "seal" for these pumps
