On a 28-29 Tudor, just how far to the back does the rear fender welting go?
Does it end at the curvature of the fender OR does it continue stright down to the bottom of the fender and body? Thanks. Pluck |

Pluck I am not sure what is right but on my 30 Tudor the gap gets larger at the bottom section of the body so because of that I cut it off just above the opening where the fender curvature ends. It would not hold tight because of that gap.. I have not studied a 29 so I am not sure if they are the same

Phaetons and tudors are the same in this area. Pasted in below is a picture I took of Dave Lopes 28 phaeton at French Lick in 2010. The welting goes clear to the bottom of the rear body crossmember.
