Red face throw out bearing
Stupid me, does the ridge on the bearing face the pressure plate or the tranny?
I can't remember, should have taken a photo be fore disasembly.

hold the bearing on the out side with your hand, the smooth plate on the front will turn free, that goes against the pressure plate
