We don't hunt, but does camping and fishing count?

ronn,
I don't have any photos of the birds, however on a trip to Central, Alaska about 15 years ago I took out 3 grouse while passing over Eagle Summit. Got all three together with the radiator/shell/bumper. Thankfully we had a black Labrador with us and she was able to retrieve them off the side of the mountain. The next morning, she had removed them from the Model A pickup and had laid them out neatly along a creek bank. She was an avid Yellow Jacket hunter and had probably killed several hundred by that time. Luckily I had some benedryl, because she needed it badly, but she was back to killing bees within a couple of hours. This photo was taken that day, just after the kill. Darryl in Fairbanks |

When I read the title I thought it was gonna be that you found an abandoned A while you were out hunting. Heard that story more than a couple times.
And ct- Nice pic, Look at them Chompers!

PS-was expecting you to show a shot of fresh fish strung up on that nice paint job!
The gator reminds me of the old handbags with the gaters head still attached to the bag-that is one beast! amazed the springs on the A didn't list heavily to the right! Almost looks like an early brass horn for honking! great shots-thx! keep em coming...................... |

We hadn't caught anything yet when the picture was snapped. That was a 3-day camping trip. I don't know why we don't take very many pictures while camping or in the car. The reason I took that picture was to prove to someone at work that I could indeed erect a tent. It wasn't until much later that I learned of the double innuendo that he meant by it.

Old Timers would go fishn for the big ones by chumming the waters with MMO taking advantage of the secret fish oil.

just found this one. Seems the front fender is the best place to put anything bigger than a rabbit.
