My 29 Tudor came with a replacement short grain. I think it looks a little better than today's long grain, but I'd be OK with either one. The original has a flatter surface than what's sold today. I don't think I have a picture of the original material.

The original top material on my February 1929 Tudor was the long grain material.
Now on the other hand...My September 1929 Standard Coupe had short grain. Pluck Last edited by Steve Plucker; 10-08-2013 at 09:06 AM. |

Marco's photo could be my Tudor when I bought it in 1967. It was a fresh top (NOS?) then, and it's still going strong.
