Default Torque tube bearing removal

Can anyone tell me the correct method for removing a center ball bearing plus neck race and seal from a 40's ford Torque tube?

The seal is pulled out the neck side, I used a dent puller with a washer on the end. I used this pipe to knock the center bearing loose.
