Default 8BA intake on 59 motor

The blower I'm installing on my 1946 59L motor sits on an 8BA intake, which I'll be using.
The questions are:
I'll be using an electric fuel pump, do I replace the fuel pump and stand with an oil fill stand?
( I thought I read somewhere that I could keep the original stand and block off the fuel pump hole. Is this true?)
Does the oil pan vent tube still need to be installed under the oil fill stand?
Do I have to seal up the front oil pan vent?
Do I then seal up the oil fill and breather holes in the front of the intake?
Am I missing anything else?

Thank you,
Joe
