Leak on top of carb...
Hi guys,
this is puzzling... at least to me...
I came to the car yesterday and found a puddle of fuel under it, about 1,5l. My carb has always been leaking but it was only dripping, not a lot....

my method of finding leaks in the inlet or exhaust train is to duct-tape the positive-pressure side of my vacuum cleaner (Hoover?) onto the carburettor or exhaust. then i use leak-detection spray and...

i have an alternator, so if i put in a voltmeter, i can connect the two posts in the little electrical box directly. The Voltmeter needs just one connection...

There seems to be a problem with the threads in the nut at the moment, i have been in contact with Snyders and they have been on it and sorted it out. So my tip would be to contact Snyders.
