Oem...rechromed. Nice shine...no rust,twists,or bends these were on the 40 ford... Packard-heany (haynee) ambulance,hearse,flower car conversions,as well as over the counter for sedan deliveries they were designed for ovious easier access to the rear door ...same gauge...contour...taper as one piece,/// bolt to the stock brackets...i ran them on the front of a 40 i had a while ago with a dramatic difference cleans up the front end alot can provide pix will work on 39's and should work on 39-40 merc send responses [email protected] call...508...326...9499
