Hello all,
The backseat passenger side window has a crack in it near the bottom, actually have no idea how it happened but it stared a week ago and is growing. The question I have is what is this window called, all I see in Model A catalogs are rear windows, door windows, windshields and quarter windows, but I do not see rear side windows for Tudors? Does anyone know where I can get one, and how do you replace it? I have already replaced my door window which was not too difficult but the rear side window looks a bit more challenging.

I replaced mine a few months ago. You will need to remove the upholestry panel, and the window trim, channel, etc. I removed the window crank assembly and took the window out from the top, it is a tight fit and not much fun. The glass is set in the metal holder with special glass setting tape. You can get glass cut to size at most glass stores (the ones who cut glass for windows, doors,etc), at least in MN / WI we can.

On this subject, I just had a new windshield installed in my 1929 Tudor windshield frame, when I carried the frame into the glass store (located in St Croix Falls WI), one of the staff took one look and asked me "is that for a '29 or '30 A?" supprised me!!! Found out he has a A also!!!
