Love how it's just referred to throughout as the "New Car"!

Wow, what excitement that must have generated; 4 new models & a truck at 4 different cities. So, other than the two open top cars, what were the other models?

Like all things concerning the Model A here, the NZ Distributor has virtually no existing photos of anything, but many exist from Australia [ Ford Australia existed from 1925 but Ford NZ not set up until 1936].
There probably was a Tudor; Phaeton; Roadster & Sport Coupe for each display throughout the country.

Here are the cars that were available here in early '28. They were available in four colour schemes:
Pelican Grey
Evergreen
Arabian Sand
Niagra Blue

The other ad is for a local showing in Wellington our capital city and headquarters of the Colonial Motor Company the Ford importers up until 1936. Notice the 'Thoroughly British' moniker despite the fact they were all built in Canada.

British EMPIRE, that is!

I wonder if the same model range applied to Aussie imports out of Canada, and if the range expanded as time progressed. Hard to believe that the Fordors that are downunder are all recent imports?
